SERVA ICPL™ Quadruplex Kit

Now with a fourth label!
The powerful ICPL™-technology for comparative quantification of proteins is now available with a fourth label. Applying the ICPL™ Quadruplex method the simultaneous quantitative analysis of four independent proteome samples can be performed by stable isotope protein labelling of all lysine residues and protein N-termini. The ICPL™-technology combines the power of stable isotope coded labelling with the concept of reducing the proteome complexity by fractionation of intact proteins.
Data evaluation with ICPLQuant – freeware and easy to use
A new software - ICPLQuant – was developed for analysis of LC/MS data of ICPL™ – labelled proteins (Brunner et. al., ICPLQuant – A software for non-isobaric isotope labelling proteomics, Proteomics 10, 2, (2010)). The software tool is free of charge and can be downloaded from:
http://www.biochem.mpg.de/en/rg/lottspeich/technologies/ICPLQuant/ICPLQuant.html
The main functionalities are peptide pattern searching (ICPL duplex, triplex, quadruplex), peptide quantification in an LC-run and merging with MASCOT protein results. ICPLQuant takes deisotoped data as input, generates precursor files for MS/MS and is able to import MASCOT result files for combining MS/MS and quantification results.
By selecting only regulated precursors for subsequent MS/MS experiments, the software minimizes time consuming acquisition and interpretation of MS/MS data. Up to now, ICPLQuant is able to handle data generated by MALDI (Applied Biosystems 4700/4800, Bruker Ultraflex) and ESI (Thermo Orbitrap) machines.

SERVA BluePrep - Kits for protein and protein/nucleic acid isolation and purification

Reliable, efficient and easy sample preparation is a crucial step for achieving optimal and reproducible results in proteomics. The SERVA BluePrep Kits cover sample preparation steps from concentration, buffer exchange, removal of interfering substances, tryptic digestion of proteins to abundant serum protein depletion or recombinant protein extraction from E. coli.
The produced samples can be used directly in applications such as SDS-, 2D or native PAGE, microarrays, immunoblotting, mass spectrometry, and others.
SERVA BluePrep - Kits for DNA/RNA/protein sample preparation
For studies of gene expression including gene silencing experiments or mRNA knock-downs and studies involving biomarker discovery, researchers are interested in a comparative analysis of the genome, transcriptome and proteome of a sample. So far one sample had to be splitted for isolation of DNA, RNA and proteins.
The novel SERVA BluePrep 2in1, 3in1 and 4in1 Kits allow the sequential purification of DNA, RNA and proteins from a single sample using one column without sample splitting. The kits offer substantial cost and time savings and eliminate the variability and inconsistence of results associated with sample splitting.
BlueMarine HTS

The new submarine electrophoresis chamber BlueMarine HTS offers you an innovative, flexible system for DNA analysis. If you need high resolution long runs of single samples or analysis of complete 96-well microtiter plates, the BlueMarine HTS allows for a fast and clear analysis of up to 102 samples. By changing the left/right orientation of the comb you can position the sample wells one upon the other or shifted to each other. The system contains the submarine chamber and one casting tray (UV-transparent) plus two casting gates and six combs (17 sample wells, 1 mm) made from stable and indestructible aluminum.
BlueMarine™ HTSSingleQuant
