C₁₁H₈N₂O₃S₂ • M_r 280.3 • CAS [2591-17-5]

Synthetic. Addition of luciferin to the luciferin-luciferase system increases ATP detection limit 1000 fold. Suitable for luciferase assay and ATP measurement. For luciferase assay prepare stock solution of
1 mM D-Luciferin, 25 mM glycylglycine, 10 mM DTT (cat. no. 20710), store aliquots at -70 °C.
