Xpress Micro Dialyzer MD100, MWCO 6 - 8 kDasingle fingers in microtube


The Xpress Micro Dialyzer MD100 is a ready-to-use dialysis system for sample volumes from 10 μl to 100 μl. Short diffusion distance and large surface area allow very rapid dialysis. The device consists of a U-shaped capillary made from polypropylene with graduation marks in 25 μl increments on both sides.

  • Efficient and fast dialysis – desalting of nucleic acids and proteins in ca. 30 min
  • Up to 98 % sample recovery
  • High-quality regenerated cellulose membranes
  • Easy handling – sample loading and retrieval can be done with standard laboratory micropipettes
  • Flexible – dialysis against small volumes in tubes or against larger volumes with floating device
