Ni-IDA metal chelate affinity resin for simple, rapid 6xHis-tagged recombinant protein purification from a cell lysate under native or denaturing conditions. Suspension in 20 % ethanol, the resin is pre-swollen and de-fined, do not freeze. Binding capacity is 5 - 10 mg 6xHis-tagged recombinant protein/ml. Contains 25 ml.
