PR 150 Deca-Probe Incubation Manifold


Excellent for antibody screening and Western blotting of mini gels. The PR 150 screens up to ten different antibody preparations against a single antigen or one antibody preparation against as many as ten different antigen mixtures on a single membrane. The Deca-Probe has all of the features of the ImmunoBlot in smaller format.
  • Individually isolated liquid-tight chambers allow you to use different detection methods or antibodies side-by-side
  • Screen 10 samples individually on a single 8.8 x 8.8 cm transfer membrane for side-by-side lane comparison
  • Economical to use, requires minimal volume of reagents
  • Reliable - no worry about artifacts caused by incomplete exposure or mixing
