Protease Inhibitor Mix HP


Protease Inhibitor Mix HP is an effective protection against proteolytic degradation during affinity purification of recombinant polyHis-tag proteins. It can also be used wherever complexing agents are to be avoided.
Protease Inhibitor Mix HP inhibits cysteine and serine proteases. It contains the four water-soluble protease inhibitors AEBSF, aprotinin, E-64, and leupeptin and is free of metal chelating complexing agents.
The content of one tube dissolved in 1 ml distilled water gives a 100-fold concentrate, which is sufficient for 99 ml extract.
