Protease Inhibitor Mix FY
Protease Inhibitor Mix FY is an effective protection against proteolytic
degradation in the preparation of fungal and yeast extracts. The mixture of
four protease inhibitors has a broad range of activity against aspartate-,
cysteine-, serine-, and metallo proteases. Protease Inhibitor Mix FY contains
AEBSF, E-64, Pepstatin A, and 1,10-Phenanthroline.
Supplied as a kit: each
vial is provided with an extra vial of 1 ml DMSO.
The content of 1 vial
dissolved in 1 ml DMSO gives a 100-fold concentrate, sufficient for 99 ml
extract.
