Agarose SERVA for PCR Low Meltingmolecular biology grade

CAS [9012-36-6]

Agarose SERVA for PCR low melting is a high-purity agarose for separation of PCR and DNA fragments between > 40 bp and < 1000 bp. The low melting/gelling temperature and gel strength make the agarose ideal for highly efficient recovery of PCR and DNA fragments after electrophoretic resolution and for in-gel manipulations (restriction analysis, ligation reactions, PCR etc.). Best for fine resolution at agarose concentrations ranging from 1.8 % up to 4.5 %. Gene technology grade, tested for applications in molecular biology.
Agarose SERVA for PCR low melting forms gels of high clarity and selectivity even at higher agarose concentrations. The low binding to staining reagents, both for ethidium bromide and fluorescent dyes such as SERVA DNA Stain Clear G (Cat. No. 39804), results in very low background staining.
