SERVA offers a broad range of equipment to perform gel-based high resolution protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis:

• The BlueVertical™ PRiME™ is a robust electrophoresis tank to run minigels (10 x 10 x 0.7 cm), either for separation of proteins or nucleic acid fragments. The electrophoresis tank is best suited to run SERVAGel™ PRiME™ precast minigels.
  • The HPE™ BlueHorizon™ and HPE™ BlueTower are flatbed electrophoresis devices to run horizontal gels. Main applications are isoelectric focusing and 2D electrophoresis. Other horizontal electrophoresis applications are native and SDS PAGE, acrylamide-gel based nucleic acid electrophoresis.
  • Using three BlueMarine™ submarine chambers for agarose gel-based nucleic acid electrophoresis a wide application range is covered.
