SERVA uses the LICORbio security reporting form as its single point of contact under Article 13(17) of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) for reporting cybersecurity vulnerabilities and other security concerns involving SERVA products.

Please use this reporting channel only if you believe you have identified a cybersecurity or other security vulnerability or concern involving a SERVA product. It does not replace SERVA’s existing technical support or commercial communication channels for product support, service, sales, or other routine inquiries.

Because LICORbio is SERVA’s parent company, security reports for SERVA products are submitted through the centralized reporting form hosted on the LICORbio website. Please provide the requested information as completely as possible so that the reported concern can be fully evaluated and addressed.
