Clear sterile filtered solution of PEG 1500 (50 % w/v) in 4 ml of HEPES-buffer (75 mmol/l). pH 8.0. Packed under nitrogen. Free of aldehydes and peroxides free from Ca²⁺. Biologically evaluated for high fusion efficiency. Tested as reagent for the fusion of myeloma cells with spleen cells and other hybridoma cells.
