SUB25C Maxi-Cooled Submarine Electrophoresis Unit, 25 x 30 cm


Ideal for high throughput screening of nucleic acids, particularly PCR products and genotyping studies. The SUB25C Maxi-Cooled Submarine Electrophoresis Unit provides a 25 x 30 cm gel-running tray with 12 comb positions accommodating a maximum throughput of 624 samples. The cooling base can be connected to a recirculating bath allowing high voltage electrophoretic separations without overheating.
