pancreaticHigh quality source of peptides and amino acids produced by pancreatic digestion of casein. Suitable as nutrient for laboratory media and industrial fermentation and to support growth of fastidious microorganisms.
Free flowing powder. Freely soluble in water, 1 % aqueous solution is clear, transparent, yellow coloured after autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
