DNA Ladder 1 kb
The 1 Kb DNA marker contains thirteen discrete fragments ranging from 300 bp to 10,000 bp. This marker is ideal for size determination of digested DNA.
Markers are supplied in a ready-to-use mix at a concentration of 0,1 µg/µl. For best results load 5 - 10 µl of marker per lane. Stable at 22 to 25 °C. -20 °C recommended for longer term storage. Loading buffer is composed of 10 mM EDTA, 10 % glycerol, 0,015 % bromophenol blue and 2.8 M urea.
