DNA Ladder 100 bp
The 100 bp DNA marker contains twelve discrete fragments ranging from 100 bp to 3000 bp. This marker is ideal for fast runniing times and accurate visual determination.
Markers are supplied in a ready-to-use mix at a concentration of 0,1 µg/µl. For best results load 5 - 10 µl of marker per lane. Stable at 22 to 25 °C. -20 °C recommended for longer term storage. Loading buffer is composed of 10 mM EDTA, 10 % glycerol, 0,015 % bromophenol blue and 2.8 M urea.
