AxyPrep™ 96 PCR Clean-up Kit
1 x 96 preps.High-throughput purification of PCR amplicons in a 96-well format. The AxyPrep™-96 PCR Clean-up Kit employes a special Binding Solution in combination with an optimized 96-well plate to purify single- and double-stranded DNA fragments > 75 nt/bp from PCRs and other enzymatic reactions. Each well has a binding capacity of up to 8 µg and the plate can be used with either vacuum manifold or centrifuge. It is not necessary to remove mineral oil overlays from the PCRs before purification. This protocol will remove unincorporated primers (< 50 nt), enzymes and unlabeled and fluorescent dye-labeled mononucleosides. The purified DNA fragments are suitable for a variety of applications, such as cloning, sequencing, ligation, restriction analysis, in vitro transcription, etc.
