Taq Polymerase Master Mix (5x)
Premixed ready-to-use solution containing recombinant Taq with enhanced activity and temperature stability, dNTPs and buffers. Just add template primers and water and amplify.
Composition:
- Taq DNA polymerase - 5x Reaction Buffer (0.4 M Tris-HCl, 0.1 M (NH4)2SO4, 0.1 % w/v Tween® 20 - 7.5 mM MgCl2
- dNTPs of each 200 µM dATP, 200 µM dCTP, 200 µM dGTP and 200 µM dTTP.
License Notice: The PCR process is the subject of European Patent Nos. 201,184 and 200,262 owned by Hoffmann-LaRoche and licensee Applied Biosystems. These PCR patents expired in March 28, 2006 and the corresponding PCR process patents in the United States expired on March 29, 2005. However some other applications of Taq polymerase may require a license. This depends on the application and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that use of the product does not infringe the patent rights of third parties.
