25 reactionsThe SERVA BluePrep ON-Column Digest Kit provides a fast, easy and efficient procedure for generating purified peptides by tryptic digestion from simple and complex protein samples. Both the proteins and the non-active trypsin (e.g. cat. no. 37284) are bound to the spin column, while salts and other non-specifically bound materials are washed away. The peptide digest is complete, with no additional artifacts being detected in mass spectrometry. Process up to 10 samples in only 20 minutes (plus 1 h incubation time).
