The Hoefer SE 640 vertical electrophoresis unit is a wide-mini system, ideal for rapid screening of multiple samples. With the accessory divider plate you can complete a run of up to 112 samples in as little as 40 minutes!
  • Format 18 x 8 cm, permits rapid screening of up to 112 samples at one time
  • Design permits gels to be surrounded uniformly by buffer so heat dissipation is efficient, bands are sharp and lanes are straight
  • Accomodates denaturing or native polyacrylamide gels
  • Run up to four 2-D gels using IEF strips or tube gels
  • Ideal for optimizing 2DE protocols

    3 matched pairs, 8 cm clamp assemblies - 4 pcs, cams - 6 pcs, dual casting stand with lelveling base, laminated gaskets for casting stand - 2 pcs, slotted gasket fo UBC - 2 pcs, buffer dam, spacer mate alignment template, wonder wegde plate separation tool, gel seal, spirit level, 15-well comb - 2 pcs, 1.5 mm thick spacers (2 cm wide) - 4 pcs.
