ImmunoBlot Blotting System
Immunoblot blotting systems are simple and convenient tools for all
immunoblotting techniques like Western blotting, antibody screening and DNA
hybridizations.
The ImmunoBlot has 25 sample channels, each channel holds up to 250 µl of
antibody or probe solution - greater volume per channel enables high
sensitivity detection of low affinity and low titer antibodies
Results appear on a single membrane for convenient side-by-side comparison
Optional washing manifold enables simultaneous washing of all channels
Can be used with all conventional detection methods including enzymatic,
radioactive and chemiluminscence
Optional gel combs precisely line up electrophoresis lanes with ImmunoBlot
channelsIncludes top and bottom plate, screws - 2 pcs, washing
manifold - 2 pcs, tubing - 2 pcs, Luer manifold connectors - 4 pcs, sealing
pads - 5 pcs.
