M1 Marker (P/N 3204) is optimal for precise estimation of the size of unknown DNA fragments electrophoresed on Elchrom ready-to-use gels (GMA, 12% and 9% Poly(NAT) as well as Clearose BG gels). It contains DNA fragments obtained by digestion of pBR322 with MspI restriction enzyme and covers the size range of 67 bp to 622 bp .
The marker contains 17 bands of the following lengths: 622, 527, 404, 309, 242, 238, 217, 201, 190, 180, 160, 147, 123, 110, 90, 76, and 67 bp
