50 g for 1 liter medum

A nutritious general growth medium for the propagation of yeast.
20 g/l Tryptone
10 g/l Yeast extract
20 g/l Dextrose
For making 1 L liquid medium suspend 50 g in 1 L distilled water and sterilize by autoclaving.
