SERVA DNA Standard pBR322 x HaeIII, lyophilized
The SERVA pBR322 x HaeIII DNA Marker contains 22 fragments ranging from 8 Bp to 587 Bp:
8, 11, 18, 21, 51, 57, 64, 80, 89, 104, 123, 124, 184, 192, 213, 234, 267, 434, 458, 502, 540 and 587 Bp.
Ideal for the analysis of small DNA fragments generated from plasmid DNA or for PCR generated DNA fragments. For optimal results use 2 - 4 % special agarose gels. For very precise size determination the marker is also designed for analysis of small DNA fragments by polyacrylamide gels. In agarose gels a separation distance of approx. 60 - 80 mm is recommended.
For at least 50 applications. Instructions of use and 1 ml separate loading dye solution for resuspension of the lyophilized DNA fragments are included.
