1 Premium Grade (cat. no. 17455) as well as Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade
(cat. no. 17454) and Collagenase NB 4G Proved Grade (cat. no. 17465). For
research use only. If cells are intended for transplantation into humans, Neutral
Protease NB GMP Grade (cat. no. 30303) is recommended.
Unit definition: 1 DMC Unit catalyzes the cleavage of 1 µmole peptide
bond from dimethylcasein per minute at 25 °C, pH 7.0, expressed in terms of
newly formed terminal amino groups, determined with TNBS.
