Produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography (1).
Reconstitute in PBS (sterile filtered) to a minimum of 0.1 mg/ml. Concentration required for 0.5 maximum stimulation of bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAE cells): 0.3 ng/ml cell culture of melanocytes (2).
