Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement
analytical grade, sterile
(ECGS)
Growth factor for endothelial cells. Cell cloning factor for hybridoma cells producing monoclonal antibodies (1). Possesses mitogenic activity for balb/c 3T3 cells similar to fibroblast growth factor. Reconstitution in medium 199 with Earle's salts is recommended. The preparation contains 15 mg ECGS, streptomycin sulfate and NaCl. Store at -20 °C after reconstitution and avoid repeated freezing cycles.
