AxyPrep™ Blood Genomic DNA Maxiprep Kit

The AxyPrep™ Blood Genomic Maxiprep Kit is designed to produce up to 250 µg of high molecular weight genomic DNA from anti-coagulated human or animal blood. Purification is based upon a unique phase-partitioning technology in combinantion with the selective binding of the genomic DNA to a special AxyPrep™ column. The purified genomic DNA is ≥ 30 kb in size, and is particularly well suited for PCR, Southern blotting and other applications requiring highly purified, high molecular weight genomic DNA.
