4 reactionsThe SERVA BluePrep IB Isolation Macro Kit facilitates the preparation of recombinant proteins from E. coli inclusion bodies from large culture volume. The kit provides reagents for fast and high-quality purification of inclusion bodies using three steps: 1. Lysis of bacterial cells to release inclusion bodies 2. Solubilization of purified inclusion bodies 3. Purification of the recombinant protein using spin column cromatography based on ion exchange.
The gentle cell disruption procedure provides a highly pure final product (often > 95 %). Process 1 sample in only 60 minutes.
The final elution is performed with choices of several different buffers suitable for:
