The Cherry tag was inserted into the StabyCodon™ T7 vector to yield CherryCodon kit combining multiple advantages: T7 expression, plasmid stabilization, efficient supply of rare tRNAs and protein visualization. The kit contains the plasmid DNA of the pSCherry2 vector, chemically-competent bacteria for cloning (CYS21) and expression (SE1), regeneration medium, oligonucleotide primers for sequencing, and the instruction manual. Additional competent bacteria can be purchased separately.
