Running buffer for SDS-PAGE. Optimized formulation to improve separation performance for high molecular proteins, especially when used together with SERVAGel™ Neutral pH 7.4 (cat. no. 43220 and 43221) precast gels. Supplied as 20 x concentrate. Contains 1.2 M Tris (pH 8.4), 0.6 M MOPS and 2 % SDS.
