It can be used with the Elchrom ready-to-use gels and with self-made agarose gels. The combination of the new apparatus with Elchrom ready-to-use gels provide unparalleled reproducibility, resolving power, throughput, speed and convenience. The ability to fully control all electrophoretic parameters makes the new apparatus ideally suited for high throughput research and industrial applications as well as for standardisation of protocols.

Integrated cooling/heating system - no need for external water bath and temperature probe

Integrated temperature control - automatic control of the running buffer temperature with accuracy of ± 0.1 °C

Integrated pump for buffer circulation - constant temperature and constant pH even in the vicinity of the electrodes

Working temperature ranges from 4 to 55 °C
