Anti-Collagenase (Clostridium histolyticum), polyclonal antibody from sheep
Specificity: Collagenase from Clostridium histolyticum.
Polyclonal antibody produced in sheep against Collagenase NB. IgG fraction purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. 100 µg IgG (1 mg/ml) supplied as solution in PBS with 0.01 % sodium azide.
Anti-Collagenase (Clostridium histolyticum) polyclonal antibody is produced in sheep against clostridial Collagenase NB. Clostridial collagenase consists of several collagenase isoforms which are recognized by the antibody.
Anti-Collagenase polyclonal antibody can be used in ELISA and Western blot experiments, immunostaining of tissue and analysis of residual collagenase impurities in cell preparations.
Tested in ELISA and Western blot.
Store aliquots at -15 to -25 °C. Thaw at 4 °C. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
