The system includes all equipment necessary for running Elchrom gels at optimal conditions and getting highly reproducible and reliable results. In combination with Elchrom ready-to-use gels the basic system provides the best performance in different applications such as microsatellite analysis (Spreadex gels), SSCP & heteroduplex (GMA gels), RNA analysis (Clearose RNA gels), fast screening and recovery (Clearose BG gels), etc.
Including SEA 2000® electrophoresis apparatus with PDC, PSE Power Supply, TCB Thermostated Circulating Water Bath, ETP External Temperature Probe, Easy-Stain Gel Tray.
