HE 33 Mini Submarine Unit, basic

The HE 33 Mini Submarine Agarose Unit is designed for very fast separations of DNA restriction fragments in agarose gels. To achieve excellent cooling, you simply fill the clear molded base with 50 % ethylene glycol coolant solution, seal it permanently, and place it in a freezer or ice bath until ready to use.

Runs a 7 x 10 cm gel in as little as 5 minutes

Running tray accepts two combs for up to 32 samples

UV transparent running tray permits clear view of bands stained with ethidium bromide without handling the gel

Combs for forming sample wells are available with 8, 12, or 16 wells, in 1.0 or 1.5 mm thickness

Includes buffer chamber assembly, safety lid with high voltage leads, running tray, casting tray, foam gasket - 4 pcs, spirit level.
