Bind-ET™ with cartridge

Ecological Ethidium Removal System. The Bind-ET™ Ethidium Removal System was specially designed for cleaning large volumes of diluted EtBr solution in an ecological way. The system consists of a reservoir with a cover, a cartridge and a collecting vessel. The cartridge has a binding capacity of > 2 g ethidium bromide. More than 4,000 l of a typical electrophoresis buffer or staining solution (at conc. 0.5 µg/ml) can therefore be cleaned. The cartridge needs no special waste handling, but can be sent for incineration.
