PDC Pump Start Delay Controller

(230 V, EU-plug)

The PDC Pump Start Delay Controller starts the SEA 2000® pump after a certain time period, allowing samples to enter the gel before buffer circulation begins. For each application there is an optimum delay time:
  • 1.5 min: for Clearose BG
    • ®, run at 20°C, Spreadex® and Poly(NAT)® gels,
    run at 55 °C
  • 4.5 min: electrophoresis at 20 °C with Poly(NAT)
    • ® and Spreadex® gels
  • 12 min: electrophoresis at temperatures below 15 °C
