The Midi Protein A spin colum permits semi-preparative purification of concentrated monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for all downstream applications. Both the Mini and the Midi kits contain all resin spin colums, buffers and ultrafiltration spinners necassary for rapid and convenient purifications of your target antibodies.
The binding capacity per use (5x) is typically 20 mg human IgG. The resin bed volume is 1.6 ml, the maximum volume is 20 ml. Contains 4 Midi Protein A Spin Columns and enough ready-to-use buffers for 20 midi preps.
