Tris and 20 % methanol in aqueous solution. Buffer II (diluted anode
buffer): 0.03 M Tris and 20 % methanol in aqueous solution. Buffer III (cathode
buffer): 0.025 M Tris/HCl (pH 9.4), 0.04 M 6-aminocaproic acid and 20 %
methanol in aqueous solution.
