For studies of gene expression including gene silencing experiments or mRNA
knock-downs and studies involving biomarker discovery, researchers are
interested in a comparative analysis of the genome, transcriptome and proteome
of a sample. So far one sample had to be splitted for isolation of DNA, RNA
and proteins. The novel SERVA BluePrep 2in1, 3in1 and 4in1 Kits allow
the sequential purification of DNA, RNA and proteins from a single sample
using one column without sample splitting. The kits offer substantial cost and
time savings and eliminate the variability and inconsistence of results
associated with sample splitting.
