Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Mixes
The degradation or (de)phosphorylation of proteins is a common problem
frequently associated with the extraction process. Often the use of single
protease inhibitors like AEBSF-HCl, aprotinin, phenylmethylsulfonylfluoride
(PMFS) or PEFABLOC™ SC or the use of single phosphatase inhibitors like
imidazole, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate, sodium-ortho-vanadate or sodium
tartrate is not sufficient to simultaneously protect the proteins against
different types of proteases and/or phosphatases in one reaction.
To
overcome this obstacle SERVA offers a range of protease and phosphatase
inhibitor mixes.
SERVA offers not only protease and phosphatase inhibitor
mixes but also a broad range of single protease or phosphatase inhibitors.
These products are also listed in the following sub-chapters.
